The food we serve in our restaurant come from a meticulous selection of suppliers, mostly represented by small local artisan suppliers. Quality, research, passion and critical thinking are the basic ingredients of all our dishes.

The culture of grill
For our grill we use only select woods, coming from sustainable sources, to give the best meat in the world a perfect cooking and unique flavor.
Our dishes are based on traditional and local recipes. We carefully selected all the ingredients to offer you a simple yet refined cuisine, that preserve the organoleptic properties of the food.
Among our starters, we invite you to try the trio of Patanegra lard with honey and chestnuts, the smoked goose breast with warm crostini, the soft polenta with mushrooms and salty cheese or a dish of Prosciutto d'Aviano with Parmigiano Reggiano.
Our selection of first courses, all homemade, goes - depending on the season - from stuffed pasta to risottos.
The pride of our cuisine is the meat, carefully selected at the source, to ensure a consistently high quality over time: Scottish Angus IGP, Fiorentina Nebraska, American Black Angus, Austrian Sorana, Spanish Rosada, Polish Scottona.And after...there's a treat for everyone on our dessert menu, with one of our homemade cake, Titamisù, Catalan Cream and many other sweet proposals.
